This class is suitable for those who experience health or joint issues, such as arthritis or other joint/muscles problems, for example.

“Extra Soft” is small-group training session (+/- 12 participants). We walk 2.5-3 km on level ground, at a very soft and easy pace. The warm-up, strength, balance and stretching exercises are adapted to this Extra Soft level.
